Data minimisation

Do not upload unnecessary personal files or disclose passwords in free-text fields. Device passcodes should only be shared when essential for authorised testing.

Sharing

Information may be shared with authorised staff, assigned technicians, payment providers, dispatch providers, hosting providers and regulators where necessary. Technicians receive only the information required to perform assigned work.

Retention
