Customer Repair Terms and Conditions
Operator: RepairHub, powered by Adnin Solutions Ltd.
1. Account and accurate information
Customers must provide accurate identity, contact, device, ownership and condition information. The account holder is responsible for account security and activity.
2. Ownership and authority
By submitting a device, the customer confirms lawful ownership or authority to request repair. RepairHub may request proof of ownership and may refuse devices suspected to be stolen, unlawfully accessed or involved in fraud.
3. Prices and diagnosis
Published prices are fixed or starting prices for the selected service. Hidden faults, exact-model parts, previous repair damage or board-level problems may require a revised quotation. No revised work starts until the customer approves it online.
4. Diagnostic fees
Where stated, diagnostic fees cover inspection and testing and may remain payable even if the repair is declined or impossible.
5. Data and backups
Customers should back up data and remove sensitive information where practical. Repair work can involve data loss, resets or component replacement. RepairHub will use reasonable care but cannot guarantee preservation of data unless a separate data-recovery service is booked.
6. Passcodes and security locks
Passcodes should only be provided through approved secure channels when testing requires access. Customers must disable device activation locks when requested. RepairHub personnel must not request account passwords through personal channels.
7. Condition evidence and QR bag
Uploaded and intake photographs, serial numbers, tamper seals and QR bag records form part of the chain of custody. Customers should verify the device and accessories recorded at handover.
8. Pickup, dispatch and collection
Dispatch is subject to availability, location, safety and quoted fees. Customers must package devices safely before pickup. Collection requires the repair reference, account verification or authorised collection code.
9. Repair time
Turnaround estimates are not guarantees. Parts availability, hidden damage, approval delays, public holidays and specialist board work may affect completion.
10. Payment
Full payment is due before release or dispatch unless a written corporate agreement applies. Payment is only recognised after system verification; screenshots alone are not proof of payment.
11. Warranty
Warranty applies only to the repaired component and workmanship for the stated period. It excludes new faults, physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised opening, malware, power surges and customer-supplied parts unless expressly agreed.
12. Uncollected devices
Customers will be notified when devices are ready. Storage charges may apply after 30 days. Devices uncollected for an extended period may be handled in accordance with applicable law after reasonable notices.
13. Cancellation and refunds
Bookings may be cancelled before work starts, subject to reasonable diagnostic, dispatch, special-order or already-incurred costs. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
14. Communication
Official customer support is through RepairHub account updates and WhatsApp 08143637492. Engineers are not authorised to negotiate privately, collect personal payments or change prices outside the platform.
15. Complaints
Complaints should include the repair reference and be submitted through official support. RepairHub will investigate the audit trail, photos, approvals and payment records.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by Nigerian law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
These operational terms should be reviewed by a qualified Nigerian lawyer before full commercial launch.
